New Alpha Update: Heavy weapons, settings, and bug fixes

Quick weekend update! The big theme was making deeper floors actually scary. Enemies down there are properly dangerous now, and heavy ranged weapons burn through more ammo so you can't just snipe everything forever.

Quick weekend update!

The big theme was making deeper floors actually scary. Enemies down there are properly dangerous now, and heavy ranged weapons burn through more ammo so you can't just snipe everything forever. I also finally gave medium vs heavy melee weapons a real mechanical difference: heavy weapons hit harder but with tradeoffs.
