Ad Iterum changes
While the beta 3 play test was running, I kept working on the next milestone. Public demo is getting closer, so keep an eye open.
Endings unlocked
The game had no ending! ... till now. Two of the game's endings are now actually reachable, if you've been wondering what's at the end of the run, now's a good time to push for it in the dev-experimental branch.
Your decisions matter.
Progress that sticks
Saves now carry across versions. No more losing settings and progress every time I push a new build. This was intentional, not only because of the permadeath system and roguelike nature of the game, but so I had plenty of room to experiment without having to deal with early messy data migrations.
There's also a "reset data" option in settings if you ever want a clean slate on purpose.
Stuff to swing, eat, and avoid
Big gear pass: four new weapons, armor pieces, and random items like spider eggs and bandage wraps... also six new enemies (with their own specific mechanics) to test it all on!
Mutagen Stabilizers
You though you could only carry one mutation at any given time? That is still true for early game, but later on mutation slots can be stabilized so you can carry more. More powerful or chaotic builds are available now.
