Wildaria changes
Yesterday Ign posted Wildaria's new Release Date Announcement Trailer. We will be releasing into Early Access in August 2025. With 6 months to go an much polish going into the game - Wildaria has entered Pre-Alpha and we are looking for PLAYTESTERS!!

Now on to the new Update, "Quantity of Life" refers to the new minipoi system that fills out the world with Animal shrines that act as respawn points, Redwood trees, and secret treasure chests that require pet abilities to unlock. There are more mysteries to unlock and tons of new polish and bug fixes.

Created MiniPoi System that places smaller points of interest between large points of interest
Created Animal Shrines that act as spawn points and have a small secret puzzle ..-. --- --- -..
Created Xp Particles that glow, drop from enemies, get sucked in by the player and increment xp.
Created new Tortoise Pet
Remade treasure caches with their own wall and pillar sprites for forest, desert, and swamp.
Added Slayer 3 quest markers from lords
Fixed most of the main quest for the lord and wizard quest lines. (Spent like 20 hours on this)
Added World Naming and World Deletion.

Fixed NPC Weapon Sprites
Reworked the enemy difficulty calculation based on more stats weighted against one another, and made the difficulty have an effect on item rarity, adjusted item rarity.
Added Bubble lasso as loot drop from all animals

Fixed the Boar Boss fight
made pet health bar blue
adjusted hitboxes for room transitioners
Fixed issues with the water cover material and goint into the ocean and shallow water with pets

Fixed the NPC POI Marker system to have accurate poi to world coords (they are still off by the randomness of pois).
Worked on a backup system, changing the save file structure to support save folders that had backup saves inside
Fixed a boar health, enemy level bug
Added new grass and animals to dungeons
Added Save message that pops up when the game is being saved- transitioning between scenes, back to main menu or save button.
Added Stop and Face toward the player when they are close
Added Steamworks.net to project, added Steam Manager and Steam Achievements Scripting. Created sprites for 10 achievements, uploaded half to Steam.

Added sounds to scrolling hotbar and new hotbar indicator sprite and highlight, added sfx for inventory item pick up and place.

added a fix for enemies that are being destroyed as poi children when aggroed or lassoed

made dismount pets closer to prevent bugs
Fixed pets standing on water without water material from being spawned by player and highlighted then unhighlighted. Made players not have water material when riding pets.
