Progression overhaul
This has been a point of contention for a while, and following many discussions with the community I feel this will ultimately be good for the game.
Matrix upgrade progression has been dropped. Masteries and Specialisations will still remain and any future progression will be entirely cosmetic or other means for players to show off.
Players will now start with all available Matrix upgrades and will be able to create any build they want from the get-go (within the normal limitations).
Due to this, the granuality of the upgrades has been greatly simplified, with a total of 10 to be distributed into the Foundations.
The foundation passives have also be re-distributed to allow for more build combinations and variety.
This is quite a large change, so there is potential for issues (including loadouts getting reset). I will endeavour to fix anything that arises as soon as I can.
Codex
Initial steps to getting the Codex up and running are in.
Currently contains details and video clips for all the basic movements possible in the game, for players to learn.
Will be expanded to cover other mechanics in detail, such as the Matrix.
Other changes
Wire cutting no longer knocks down if enemy is airborne, instead puts enemy Nano-wire on cooldown for 5 seconds (in addition to disable+)
Fall damage reduced.
