Bug fixes
Fix for Tether snare removal only applying to the AOE.
Fix for scan visuals not clearing if disabled shortly after activating.
Fix for AAP turret bullets gaining Bison Hardware spec bonus.
Fix for various tooltip errors.
Changes and additions
Maps now have a 2 round cooldown for voting.
Increased the timeout duration on joining a server to give more time for profiles to sync if there are any issues.
Neuro-Links can no longer apply to enemies in dropship.
More anti clipping checks for relocations.
Failed Relocator relocations now reset its cooldown.
Tox cloud Snare and Corrode duration from 2 > 4 seconds.
Bleed and Burn can now tick below 1 damage.
Pathogen clears Bleed immunity (will always apply Bleed).
Bison Locked In defense bypass max from 50% > 35%.
Bison Flow State from 2.5 > 2 second duration.
Shotgun specialisation changed to: 25% damage reduction bypass for each debuff active on target.
- Hardware 5 bonus changed to5% increased firearm and explosive far damage, and vitals restored by primary stim, every 10 s up to 50%.
Hydra Feedback Loop adjustment:
No longer fully charges Core on gaining 5 stacks (90% of the time by 5 stacks you are already at full Core).
Now gains full 5 stacks on Core activations to be used for the existing bonuses.
Backup weapon combos points part 2:
No longer drain on holding RMB (still drain slowly over time and will be used on the parry mechanic).
Now are drained on special attack (thrust / uppercut).
Akanami thrust's defense and DR ignore is 20% per combo point. Deals 50% more bleed damage.
Dusters uppercut's damage and upward knock now scales per combo point. Lower than current on zero points, higher on full.
