Here’s the February devlog you’ve been waiting for.

● Chapter 3 Progress

- Programming

  1. Script implementation into the game (97%) 🆕

  2. QA (15%) 🆕

According to our original schedule, Chapter 3’s programming was supposed to be completed in February. However, due to the programmer’s wrist injury, progress was slightly delayed.

Most of the scripts have now been implemented, and we are currently checking for branch-related script conflicts and bugs.

● Chapter 4 Progress

- Scenario / Script Work

  1. Overall story flow and major plot structure (Completed)

  2. Scene-by-scene development, dialogue flow, and branching structure planning (Completed) 🆕

  3. Dialogue and direction writing (0%)

  4. Script implementation into the game (0%)

- Art Resources (20%) 🆕

The foundational structure of Chapter 4 has been completed. In March, in order to align with the outsourcing translation schedule, we will prioritize writing Chapter 4’s script over debugging Chapter 3.

Art production is approximately 20% complete, including new character animations, event CGs, and ending CGs for Chapter 4.

● March 2026 Development Plan

  • Complete Chapter 3 and continue debugging

  • Write Chapter 4 scripts

  • Work on Chapter 4 art resources

We are currently revising some ending CGs from Chapters 1 and 2. Some duplicated CGs will be removed and replaced with new ones.

  • Chapter 11 ending CG revised + 1 new event CG added
  • Chapter 2: 3 ending CGs revised

These changes are scheduled to be updated at the end of March, and we will make a separate announcement once the update is live.

● Change to Chapter 3 & 4 Release Plan

Originally, we planned to release Chapter 3 during Early Access and then release Chapter 4 at full launch.

However, after internal discussion, we decided it would be better for players to experience the final chapter without interruption. Therefore, Chapters 3 and 4 will now be released together.

Although each chapter has its own ending, the full hidden story and overall journey can only be completed by playing through the final chapter.

Rather than releasing Chapter 3 first and asking players to wait several more months for the conclusion, we believe releasing both chapters together will provide a more immersive experience.

We hope you understand that this decision was made to prioritize immersion and overall player experience. That said, we will do our best to avoid making you wait too long.

The current estimated full release window is Q3 2026 (around this fall). We plan to officially launch the game after completing all chapters. The exact release date will be announced once development progresses further.

Winter has already passed, and spring is here. We hope you stay healthy despite the changing weather, and we’ll see you again in the next devlog.

Thank you as always!
