Hello! This is Happy Slugs, the development team behind Kill The Clock.
Here’s the May devlog you’ve been waiting for.
1. Chapter 4 Progress
Scenario / Script Work
Dialogue and direction writing (97%) 🆕
Script implementation into the game (0%)
Art Resources (80%) 🆕
Most of Chapter 4’s dialogue work has now been completed. Before implementing the script into the game, we are currently doing a final check and revision pass to make sure there are no setting or route-related conflicts.
The art resources will be finalized once all key scenes, including the endings, have been fully confirmed in detail.
2. Plans for June 2026

Begin Chapter 4 programming
It’s finally time to start programming Chapter 4. Our goal is to complete this phase as quickly as possible so we can move our focus to playtesting and debugging.
Spring has already passed by so quickly. We’ll do our best to bring you good news before the summer heat fully settles in.
