🔥 Major Updates
New Feature: Darkness
Enemies with the “Shrouded” ability are invisible to towers unless they stand in the light of a Soul Lantern.
A new strategic challenge through restricted visibility.
Soul Lanterns
Alchemically placeable light sources that reveal “Shrouded” enemies.
Essential in dark missions and night levels.
Night Levels
Enemies are completely invisible until they enter a Soul Lantern's light.
Introduced in Singleplayer Levels 4–6.
🛠️ Minor Updates
Singleplayer Levels 4–6 reworked and enhanced with the new Darkness mechanic.
New Win/Lose screens with an updated layout and more visual flair.
New 2D illustrations by Milan and Sofija for story sequences and UI elements.
New map preview images for Singleplayer Levels 4–6.
“Undergrowth” now displays the remaining effect time for the last 10 seconds via UI.
Added brightness settings to the options menu.
Voice volume can now be adjusted separately in the settings.
Camera can now be rotated using the middle mouse button.
🐞 Bugfixes
Fixed: Portal entrances and exits did not correctly change their lighting when enemies passed through.
Fixed: The campaign Win Screen did not display which star was earned after completing a level.
Fixed: Ragers could be stunned by the Death Tower even while enraged – not anymore.
Various minor bugs fixed.
