Development Update 24 - New Frame armor parts and visual updates

Hi, this time I have worked on the visuals for the new Mech skill attachment (model, animations), created new skill VFX and added new Mech parts (Arms and Head). Aside from that, some bug fixes and adjustments.

addedHi, this time I have worked on the visuals for the new Mech skill attachment (model, animations), created new skill VFX and added new Mech parts (Arms and Head). Aside from that, some bug fixes and adjustments.
fixedFixed multiple skill level and stat updates. Updated Plasma Explosion FX. Added base for ground damage lifetime.
addedAdded new damage over time stat for skills. Added new stat to all UI panels. Updated skill UI visuals. Added skill visibility check after skill upgrade to not show wrong skills on wrong character.
changedUpdated Burning ground particle FX. Fixed issue when canceling attachment skill (previously it changed state to deploy on all attachments instead of only one). Added Plasma Cannon launch particle and new sound. Added breaking movement friction value when in different states (Mech or Human Character). Updated Plasma Weapon model.
addedAdded new Plasma Cannon mesh. Updated Plasma Skill FX. Added new skill SFX.
addedAdded new Mech Suit armor parts mesh (Arms). Created new item Data Table entry. Created new color materials for new Mech asset.
