Development Update 19 - New laser pointer targeting for ranged weapons and more

Hi, this week I've added Tank Aiming when in Mech and laser pointer logic for all ranged weapons. I've also added (Reworked) throw weapon type to be more impactful, with new sounds and visuals.

fixedFixed Skill use when reloading. Moved skill cancelation when no Special Attack is equipped to main character so that even without a Special Attack you can cancel skill usage. Prepared base for Ranged attack line trace for better aiming when in Mech.

addedUpdated Characters aim offset. Added Ranged weapon targeting trace material.
addedUpdated Hero Ranged weapon line trace logic, visuals. Updated Aim offset to work with Mech suit and new trace logic.

  • Updated Throw weapon visuals and added new audio SFX. Updated Item Data Table (Changed item names).

  • Added new SFX for weapons and Dodge. Updated Throw weapon projectile visuals. Updated unarmed combat.

  • Updated skill cooldowns. Adjusted Throw weapon VFX spawn time. Changed spawn logic for Special Event.

  • Added capped framerate. Changed when damage to enemy is calculated. Updated hero projectile size. Added failsafe for going back to main main menu from game.

  • Added missing tags for foley animations. Changed horde event difficulty, Changed Boss HP. Fixed some logged build issues. Thank you for reading this Dev Update, and I will see you in the next one :)
