Highlights
New 5v5 map layout is testable (select TEST 5v5 in map dropdown)
New Vessel: Fralnir, Soul of the Hoarfrost Guardian [Battle Mage]
New rewards from hydra and dragon: basic gem system, black shards have been retired

Item Changes
Many Items have gotten their recipes and stat lines adjusted
Severed Isles Impaler now stack Magic Resistance instead of Physical Power
Stonewall Crown and Antimagic Headguard now grant their shield before dropping below 25% and before suffering the respective damage
Embrace of the Forest now heals when being healed or shielded
Branch of the World Tree now grants a shield based on spent resource
Paindrinker now grants on kill via any damage and deals damage on Shimmer procc
Master Magicians Mantle passive has been reverted to reduce cooldowns of spells on spell cast
Hammer of Conviction is now manually activated
Doom Lance now applies a mark separately from the slow, which gets used up to do the bonus damage
Thuulian Ripdagger now reduces flat armor instead of percentage
Hortax Circlet now deals damage around the user instead of the spell location and is increased against minions
Juncture Band has a new passive granting delayed damage based on damage dealt to a target in a short amount of time
Glacial Pauldrons attack speed reduction now scales with bonus resource
Ring of the King's threshold is now based on Ethereal Power
Pocket Singularity now shares cooldown with Telsamar Timedialator and puts the user in stasis
Skull of Impending Doom can not be cancelled by the user anymore but grants them immunity to Crowd Control during the cast time
Spikethorn Shoulderpads' damage reflection ramps up now
Tolundir Helmet is now a starter item
Wardancer's Boots' passive now grants attackspeed instead of movement speed
Southern Gladius now deals bonus damage with basic attacks with a cooldown
Prayer Beads now grant resource regeneration based on missing resource
Barbarian Ornament now grants resource on auto attacks
Soulfire Staff now grants resource on level up based on max resource
Chaos Blade now burns resource on hit
Visuals, Sound and UI
Xelv voice lines have been added
tooltips now show "bonus" instead of ' for bonus value scalings
some scroll vfx have been improved
some spells now play a sounds when they start casting, not only when they finish (this will be improved for all spells over time)
item stats now always show in a defined order
Gameplay
block rating no longer reduces onhit damage
krieg passive now constantly lowers r cooldown over time at max stacks instead of instant reset
parrying dagger stacks dont reset anymore
uzai hook changes your direction towards the unit now
hydra spells have been reworked to be more fair
dragon is now harder to kite

fixed thundergod unique tag duplicate in tooltip
fixed xelv passive not mentioning q being able to proc it
fixed shizu passive proccing off stuff other than shizu basic attacks
fixed games permanently hanging if they get paused after a nexus has died
fixed morning star vfx
fixed neri f projectile icon missing
fixed startetr items counting as basic attacks instead of on hit
fixed lodwig w recast not consuming when close to target
fixed faceless carving not ticking on start
fixed syn passive not mentioning missing health damage
fixed chainbreaker not showing as active item
fixed buildpath not showing correct amount of items in teaminventory (like obsidian shards in chaos stone)
fixed synestra w reset not scaling with cdr
fixed being able to unlock zoom in builds
fixed xelv q not critting
fixed shizu passive proccing on other onhit triggers than shizu basic attack
fixed bloodstone buff tooltip and icon
fixed some invalid damage classes on various effects
fixed expected ticks on short buffs sometimes not applying the last tick
Lobby fixes
profanity will no longer be allowed in player names and lobby titles
fixed an issue that could cause lobbies to become unstartable
fixed pending lobby invites not being removed after a lobby is closed
fixed lobby invites not properly showing a reason when they can't be accepted
fixed position selection showing players from last game
fixed position selection updates changing the role of all players on the team
fixed time stamp problems with messages in lobbies
fixed messages being replayed multiple times when joining a lobby
fixed a situation where you could be disconnected from the lobby but not be moved back to login screen
fixed an issue where someone declining an invite would cancel an active queue pop
