Added [pending implementation] disclaimer as tooltip description for inventory items that are only partially functional
Added "+" and "-" signs to various UI labels
Units finishing flings now stand up after a mild natural delay rather than immediately
Uphill fling slides are now angle aware - steeper hills decay slide faster
Fixed tooltip descriptions not being displayed as of 0.0.3
Fixed dying/dead/outofbounds units unregistering themselves too early from camera tracking as of 0.0.3
Fixed invisible master hitbox acting as viable target for weapons/physics
Fixed wall fling hits bouncing units off with the wrong angle
Fixed repeated flings (i.e. fire) not correctly changing animations from slide to airborne
