Simon and Friends changes
GAMEPLAY
Thrown/Placed explosives now have adjustable timer
Units that are dealt lethal damage before or during flings will still be eligible to pick up another units while flinging
Unit is no longer allowed to move early out of the kickback slide (actively holding input will still put unit up faster than just letting it expire naturally)
Now available through Main Menu: TUTORIAL/TRAINING GROUNDS:
Choose from 5 rudimentary maps to hop into for practice
Learn controls, practice mechanics, or just explore all unlocked weapons
Any and all actions that close the turn now have a minimum linger timer to prevent turns with no action from switching to new unit immediately
Bzzichy now has improved pathfinding and will find its target more often on simpler routes
Triple missile buffed:
Explosion/damage radius from 0.3 to 0.4
Damage per missile from 5-15 to 5-20 (60 total on perfect shots)
Disabled unit-below-unit-pushout feature (was used to escape crevice bodyblocks) until a better solution is implemented
UI AND AUDIO
Loading into the match now displays "Team X starts first!" title card and awaits player input
Added indicator over turn's active unit until player takes action
Opening inventory now counts as turn-starting action
Tapping instead of holding the aiming reticle now allows more precise step-aiming
Reduced speed at which manual zoom is performed
Performing Level Up now zooms into the character for the duration
Performing Level Up is now a rumble event for compatible controllers
Air Grenade now has a VFX effect
Units receiving lethal damage will now correctly play Damaged -> Dead audio, instead of one or the other
Units still performing their lines on Turn End event will be given extra time to finish those
Turn timer changes:
Timer is painted yellow for <= 15s seconds left on the main turn, and <= post-fire grace
Timer is painted red for <= 5s of main turn seconds left
Timer now has audio cues on low time events
Added EXIT TO MAIN MENU menu option
Added various popup disclaimers to work in progress Main Menu elements
Control Scheme image changes:
Redrawn with a bit more quality
Added the new explosive timer bind display\\
Control Scheme is now a singular image element switching display depending on active input, instead of two images
BUG FIXES
Fixed Laser Aim Modifier not working from v0.1.0
Fixed various obscure cases where unit's animation can get stuck in a squish state
Fixed Land Mine sprite sometimes landing upside down
Fixed various spin animations not resetting on Grappling Hook latch/relatch
Fixed cases where player manually zooming during multitrack events would prevent camera from tracking them properly
