Rise for the Fight - Early Access changes
I've been hard at work on the next update for Rise for the Fight, finalizing changes, and preparing for it to go public. While I work on the next update, I have a couple announcements in regards to the next update.
Starting with the next update, going forward, there will be a new version number scheme. It will no longer be Development Stage / Version Number / Patch Number, instead it will be Development Stage / Year / Half Year / Patch Number / Small Patch Letter (if applicable). When the next update releases, the new version will be PreBeta 2026.1.0. If a new small patch is released, it will be lettered in alphabetical order. An example of this is PreBeta 2026.1.0a. Otherwise, a bigger patch will not have a letter, and will have an increment in the patch number, which would be PreBeta 2026.1.1.
With that said, the PreBeta 2026.1.0 update will be released on January 31st. Here's what you can expect when it comes out:
📋New PvP Playlists
🗺️New Work in Progress PvP Map
⚔️New PvP Game Modes
🔫Sandbox Balancing and Update
🟩New Fixed Gungen machines for PvP
🏆New Kill Trophies.
🪦Weapon Pickup from Tombstones in PvP
🎮Steam Input Support with a new default layout
🪲Several Bug Fixes
and much more!
I'm excited to share more with you in the coming days up to release.
Stay tuned. :)
