changedAs some of you already know, Rise for the Fight suffers from performance issues, especially on Windows, and devices with lower end hardware. This game runs on DX11 for Windows, Metal for macOS, and OpenGL Core for Linux.
addedStarting with PreBeta 2026.2.1, Rise for the Fight will be adding Vulkan Support as the primary API for all devices, with the exception of macOS, as Apple Silicon does not support Vulkan.
changedDX11 for Windows and OpenGL Core for Linux will be used as backup APIs. This means if you have hardware within the last 13 years, you can expect a performance boost.
