CHANGES/FIXES

  • AI now look for cover when attacking.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the user from making a purchase on the market.

  • AI shouldn't be able to see through walls anymore.

  • AI scale their health with Horde Rounds.

  • Fixed an issue that didn't give the scout .45 ACP rounds.

  • Fixed an issue with wandering NPCs not finding a place to wander to.

  • AI now uses a pseudo team system to determine if they can take damage. This will be replaced with the faction system later.

  • Fixed an issue that would save visualized weapons.

  • Fixed Space Defender conditions.

  • Increased loot spawns.

  • Fixed an issue with the random name generator.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented tips from showing the proper text.

  • Fixed an issue that stopped the Avi and Soma triggers from firing in the prologue.

  • Fixed player profile symbol size.

  • Fixed an issue that caused visualized weapons to transform back into pickup items after a user quit the game.

  • Fixed an issue that scaled the distance tracker too high.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the second to last tutorial stage from showing a marker for the trigger.

  • Fixed an issue where the loading screen ended before you were actually put back to your starting location.

  • Increased AI health, but bullets are still op.

  • Plasma blade damage has been fixed. They pretty much one hit anything, but this was planned. If you don't like it, let me know!

  • Fixed an issue that stopped level Colors from changing when using the tram.

KNOWN ISSUES:

For the moment, I am using text to speech for dialogue. I plan on replacing this as soon as possible.

Alt Tabbing will clear focus for your mouse. If you hold alt tab and double click on the game screen to return it will resolve the issue. I'll have this fixed as soon as possible, but it looks like it might be an engine issue from what I've seen on the forums.

Zombies are trying to walk into walls in the Quarantine level. I'll have this resolved in the next version.

Cinematics for the Research Center mission aren't firing. The mission is always way too short. I'll be updating this in the next few versions.

The Administration level is going to be completely revamped. It's way too small to fight in.

Body modifications are not showing up properly (this is why I added the coming soon screen in the customization menu).

Guide pictures are all displaying the raw meat icon for now. I'll have new pictures soon!

The guide panel (and some other menus) look a little weird. I'll be slowly adjusting these through the hotfixes.

AI movement can be a little weird inside of buildings. I'll be improving this over the next few updates.

Abilities are implemented, but they haven't been tested. There will probably be some issues with them.

Player profile icons aren't being saved right now.

Bullets are OP. This will be balanced over the next few updates.

The cloud sim/planet atmospheres look pretty bad. I'll have it fixed up when the other issues are cleaned up!

UP NEXT (Season 1):

  • Music mixer for custom playlists. The menu is there, but no music is available.

  • Updated prologue and season one maps.
