fixedFix for duplicate weapon models on weapon pickup.

removedClone War quick change to reduce the staleness over time and always keep mixing (keeping it simple as this is not a primary mode). Match duration from 15 > 10 mins. No longer uses loadout lock. If you are currently a clone and get killed by the same clone build, your next deploy will be uncloned (can select loadout).
