Major AI Rework
Now the monster has a new appearance + a lot of changes that will break the predictability it had, while not losing complexity or turning a complete chaotic beast.
Now the monster starts as a weakling that can barely walk towards you.
It is really weak and slow, also can't listen or even smell the player when it first spawns.
But it evolves over time.
It will turn into a smart unforgiving hunter that will lead to certain death if you let it get stronger.
But as before, keeping yourself sane prevents this.
I could go on and on about what the new AI can do, but I think playing with it will be much better than hearing about state machines.
New Features
Fish now will spoil, turning into "chum", a new bait
Squids can be fished from any weak bait (such as mushrooms)
Added Calamari from frying squids.
Added black ink from letting squids spoil.
Added a new weird fish, caught by using chum as a bait. It is a midgame weapon that requires sustenance, that is, you can shoot it at live creatures to feed it while dealing considerable damage, but throwing it into a wall will, of course, kill it. As every weapon, you can hit yourself with it.
A dead hunger fish may be cooked. otherwise is useless.
Also hunger fish will surely starve if they're on your inventory for too long.
Campfires will override your light level if their light is stronger than yours.
Added an ink creature made by throwing black ink in the ground close to a blood puddle and activating the bone candle. It works as a "compass" to interest points, looking directly at them no matter the distance. (+ achievement related)
Using the candle close to a corpse will decompose it. Maybe even creating mushrooms around it over time.
Added a "goop" projectile that will be shot at wherever it's looking, this projectile is created by using your bone candle close to some ink.
Added the vessel, created by putting a backpack close to a corpse and using a bone candle on it. The vessel works similarly to a backpack, but it takes your bad conditions from your inventory to it. you can get them back the same way you use a backpack.
Added a brightness slider to video settings, it requires starting a new level to take effect.
Added new corruption stages from using a bone candle too much.
Corruption decreases sanity and has some unique interactions.
You can cure corruption with holy water or more effectively with blessed salts. (Tainted is removed on its own and can't be cured this way)
Added a corridor event where you will be judged based on your humanity.
Added new influenced/manipulated cards that progress the game (for the next version they'll do some more things.) Also you may discard "influenced"
Bug Fixes
Wax is now correctly set as a bait
Campfires will correctly spawn bonfires when one override the other.
Fixed bug on changing environment
Fire will now override your conditions with burns
Fixed some item duping with the backpack and fish trap.
