changedTO PLAY THE NEW BUILD FOLLOW THESE STEPS:Ok, here we go. The Easter Egg Huntachment is basically like a 3d metal-detector, for Easter Eggs. I have hidden -99- of them throughout the game. They are in almost every scene (minus a few where there is no way to access the Item Spawner in any way). Some scenes have 1, some have many more. The moment you turn on the Huntachment, you should hear it beeping. Trying point it around it see how it functions. It should guide you to eggs. If you hear nothing, there are no eggs in the scene. Make sure to check out the customization menu for it. It has some other important features in it.
changedTO PLAY THE NEW BUILD FOLLOW THESE STEPS:Also... you are not the only one... hunting for something. In fact, there's 99 waves of Sosigs, configured to come after you whenever the Huntachment is active. Yes they will assail you in every scene with eggs in it. Sandbox, Gamemode, all of it. It's a bit wildly jank. It may occasionally break, as layering on free-form defense gameplay ON TOP of whatever else is going on in a scene is well... a little mad. I'm hoping that it results in unconventional situations in familiar scenes in the game. If anything explodes, let me know and I'll do my best to fix it :-)

Howdy folks!

We've got a special off-schedule update for you folks today! You can think of this as being a holiday update, that also happens to fall on a day special for another reason. It is the 10th Anniversary of the Early Access Release of H3VR! (You have no idea just how old typing those words out makes me feel).

To celebrate, we've added a special new toy (Found in the Decorative Attachments category in the Item Spawner). If you'd like to go in unprimed, STOP READING NOW, and just go spawn it, turn it on, and play around!

To make this update happen, I actually had to run around to all the various corners of H3, to do some changes, so a bunch of our very oldest scenes got a bit of love, polish, fixes. Was a trip down memory lane, that those of you who chose to play with the Huntachment will I'm sure follow.

TO PLAY THE NEW BUILD FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Right click H3 in Steam

  • Go to Properties

  • Click Betas

  • Click The Dropdown

  • Select Experimental!

If you'd like to know what's going on because you play right now, are away for the holiday with family, etc., an explanation follows below

Anywho, I wanted to end by saying just how much we appreciate all of you who've been with us, as the H3VR community for all these years. It's been a dream come true to be able to spend the last DECADE of my life making VR Hotdog Gun silliness to you all. Looking back, I wouldn't have rather spent that time making anything else.

I wish you all a safe, healthy and WONDERFUL holiday, and I'll cya all soon.

Happy Hunting!
