changedGreetings, and happy holidays to you all!This was a huge refactoring, and the game is still full of bugs, so for now and probably until the 1.0 release we will switch to an unstable release model. The main Steam branch will be kept as it is, while the unstable branch is going to be actively and frequently updated. For 0.12 - 0.13 we will focus on stability and completing all of the remaining abilities for each unit. You can switch your branch anytime in Betas tab of the game properties in Steam.

There are tons of changes, and some of them are not yet stabilized, but just to name the most important ones:

  • New kingdom restoration mechanic and perks system

  • Squads will allow you creating your own groups of golems

  • Squad abilities - affected by squad composition, so you can build your unique army

  • Roads system - boosters will now only boost buildings connected by roads

  • Megatiles and resource system updates

  • Lives, game over, and difficulty overhaul

  • New level exit event

  • Campaign map update with traders, empty nodes, and a hungry wall of darkness

  • A ton of other stuff we’ve made across this year
