Hexworld changes
Hexworld 0.15.0 is out on unstable branch!
Major Features
- Kingdom EXP and levels systemPerks reworked, now every essence gives a shared EXP, and you can pick a new perk on a level up. Perks also made stronger.
Hub items - from placing new roads to upgrading and moving buildings, these new items can help you make your kingdom better.
[Discord] Reworked exit from the level - now returning back to hub does not take lives, but you have to be in a safe position. Also, threat progress will not be reverted.
Minor changes
Summoned towers can now be placed on megatiles
Boosters changed to use flat essence requirement instead of multiplier
Level results dialog moved to end of level
[Discord] Improved visibility of level border in desert biome
Bugfixes
[Discord] Floating medals are now much easier to spot
[Discord] Buildings now drop from the chests with roads included
[Discord] Switching tabs no longer resets the shop
[Discord] Lag and slowdowns in 2nd/3rd biomes are now better, but not gone completely
[Discord] Team material for buildings in the shop is now set correctly
Archers will no longer crowd with melee units when placed in same squad and sent to an enemy building
Hex Medals loot now properly revert when exiting to Hub
Poison effect from Crossboners now applies correctly
Arrows no longer collide with the team flag sprite, which was realistic but not intended
Rotating hexagons in battle does not confuse resource calculator anymore
Buff stats display for Death tower now shown correctly
Swarm buildings will no longer spawn inside stone pillars
Wind blessing speed now better depend on formation speed
Level results now show buildings acquired in that level, not the total count
Improved chest behaviour when you drag them into the portal with you.
Units should now pick targets more evenly instead of firing on the same one
Spell cards now show their images after being used
Tutorial 2: you can no longer see two hints by rushing to the chest
Various bugs at the end of the third biome are now sorted out
"Transfer all" now actually opens the chest
Sold-out shop items can no longer be purchased again by clicking on "Sold-out" sign
Ice elementals are properly team-colored now
Droplets size slightly improved
Manta tint is no longer broken
Units piling up on a hex and ignoring orders will now happen much less
