CHANGED
Scenario Generator has been reworked from the ground up. New terrain generation, proper balance for all sides involved, generation settings are now saved, seed-based generation for faster iterations.
Generated rivers will no longer follow the map’s border anymore and try to move across the map instead.
Engineers are now allowed to build naval buildings at sea. There are no vanilla building units to be built on sea, this change was made to allow modders to create their own naval supply depots or similar things for example.
AI will better anticipate the purchase of AA/AT units.
Europe 1939 starting setup, most of regular units sitting on VPs have been replaced by garrisons.
German AA 12.8 cm FlaK 40 unit graphics.
FIXED
Infinite money exploit through upgrade/downgrade and efficient modernization policy.
Automatically generated railroads could link the same two nodes more than once.
Possibly fixed main menu music soundtrack playing upon game launch for a few seconds even though the music audio volume was set to zero.
Some mobile-only fixes.
Weather for current turn on top bar could be out of sync with real, actual weather in the world, but only on turn 1.
