5.7.1 - Tutorial, Roadmap & Descriptions update

Hi everybody! With the unexpected wave of new people playing the demo, I've managed to get a updated tutorial and also saw a lot of descriptions in the shop were old/confusing and did some updates. It won't help people already playing now, but hopefully for anybody in the future!

• New - Tutorials are now videos, to make it less about giant walls of text

• New - Roadmap on the main menu is now added - It won't show all the goals, but just some of the big ones for casual people playing the demo. It'll help give you a idea of the things I'm planning in the near future

• Change - Tutorials can be reopened with F2 now

• Change - Updating a lot of item descriptions that were outdated and using the old terminology for 'Cozy' which is now called 'Collection' Steam post image
