What changed

Patch 1.0.9 is now live!
This patch mostly consists of balance changes and the new NICAOS rotation, as I am still working on the next part of the UI rework.
Balance Changes:
- Tinkerer CoreHealth decreased to 2 (down from 5)
Tribal Core: No longer gives strength (gave 1 strength before). Now gives each boomerang +1 damage.
- Swap ShotCost decreased to 5 (down from 10)
- MineSpeed increased to 5 (up from 3)
Mutate: Can no longer add another Mutate module to the action when it mutates. (This could lead to an exponential increase in modules on actions which could result in the game crashing)
Pill can now get the bounce module. This is to cover the case where you might want to give your tadpoles bounce when they consume a pill.
