📝 Before We Dive In...

Last month, we applied to exhibit at OSAKA INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2025 (#OIGS2025), a major indie game event held in Osaka. Please note that the event has a selection process, so applying doesn't guarantee participation — but if we're accepted, we'll definitely let you know here and on Twitter (X)!

🎮 Progress Report

  • Story Mode System: 80% complete

(Down 10% because we added new specs that we haven't started on yet)

  • Stages: Currently running 3 out of X stages

(Added and mostly finished 1 new stage)

  • Other areas: No major updates this month

What we've been working on:

  • Stage Polish:

Refined the visuals and finalized the algorithm for one of the in-progress Story Mode stages.

  • Enemy Class Refactoring:

Completely overhauled the base class controlling enemy algorithms to improve efficiency.

  • VFX & Feel:

Added satisfying effects when damaging enemies.

  • Accessibility Options:

Those effects can now be turned off via the Options menu.

  • Audio:

Continued composing music and creating sound effects as needed.

Our main focus in June was finalizing parts that were still placeholder-level, but some bugs still remain — it’s a work in progress.

For July, our goal is to fully complete the fourth stage we started back in April. We'd also like to refactor the save system and file access logic, not just add new content.

Here’s a screenshot of the Dragon Stage we worked on in June. Please note that this is from a work-in-progress build and may change later.

This dragon's name is Will, and he lives at the summit of Mount Alter. Curry Princess is energetic enough to climb even sky-high peaks surrounded by a sea of clouds!

That’s all for now! We'll keep pushing forward with development — thank you so much for your continued support! Please look forward to what’s next!
