Cup and Counter: Coffee Shop Simulator changes
Cup and Counter is out now!
The grinder is warm, the milk is steaming, and the first customers of the morning are already at the door. After a long road of building, testing, and more espresso than we'd like to admit, we're so happy to finally hand you the keys to your own cafe.
What's waiting behind the counter
Make every drink by hand - grind the beans, pull the shot, steam and pour the milk.
A menu that keeps growing - espresso classics, teas, syrups, iced drinks, blended frappes, milkshakes, and affogatos. New recipes and ingredients unlock as your shop grows.
Serve food too - stock the display cabinet, plate up for dine-in, box it for takeaway... and deal with the dishes afterwards.
Hire a team - bring on baristas and waiters, set their schedules, pay their wages, and try to keep them happy enough to stay.
Make the space yours - place furniture, swap wall and floor materials, and decorate until the shop feels like home.
A living neighborhood - regulars with their own stories, pedestrians, traffic, and weather.
Mind the books - set your prices, order supplies before the rush, watch out for spoilage, and keep the bank off your back.
Play it your way - Chill Mode for pressure-free brewing, and adjustable day length for longer (or shorter) shifts.
Future Roadmap Our plan for the future of Cup and Counter is to listen heavily to player feedback and try to fix or introduce any features you might have been expecting from our game.
We have a few little things we're already working on, but we always love to hear our players' thoughts.
Played the demo?
Thank you! Your feedback shaped this game more than you know.
The full game picks up where the demo stopped: the complete drink menu, food service, employees, store expansion, and a whole lot more waiting to be unlocked. Your journey starts fresh with your own shop and a loan to pay off.
A small ask
Cup and Counter is made by two brothers. If you enjoy your time behind the counter, a Steam review genuinely helps more people find the game. And if something's not working right, tell us in the community hub or on our Discord. We will be reading everything and patching quickly post-launch.
Thank you for being here on day one.
