Chronos Trap in Time changes
This update focuses on making combat feel more fluid, rewarding your runs more generously, and cleaning up some temporal anomalies (bugs) that were cluttering the experience.
Visuals & Effects New Death Effects: Added brand-new explosion effects when enemies are defeated.
Clarity: Added "Ability Full" indicators to the player character so you know exactly when you're ready to unleash hell.
Missile Trails: Redesigned missile smoke trails to be significantly more visible (and fixed the blurriness).
Projectile Visibility: Slightly adjusted enemy projectiles to ensure they stand out against the environment.
Combat & Gameplay Balancing Primary Attack Overhaul:
Increased fire rate by 66%.
Decreased damage per hit by 33%.
Developer Note: This makes the primary weapon feel much more responsive and "rhythm-heavy" without losing its punch.
Player Survivability: Lowered the damage the player takes from all sources by 20%.
Enemy Projectiles: Reduced enemy projectile speed by 50% to give you more room for tactical movement.
Economy: Increased the amount of materials rewarded at the end of a level by 100%.
Blessings Adjustments Owl’s Gift: Decreased activation chance by 50%.
Wealth of the Sea: Buffed by 100%.
Gift of the Seven Seas: Buffed by 50%.
Bug Fixes Cross-Platform Fixes: Fixed a bug on Linux and Mac where the outlines for Generators were not being rendered.
Engine Stability: Fixed a bug where enemies would spawn in "awkward" locations (or out of bounds) during low FPS or high latency moments.
The Chronos Paradox: Fixed a bug where Chronos was being accidentally slowed down or affected by his own time bubbles.
Visual Polish: Fixed the "blurry" smoke trail bug on missiles.
