Checkpoint 19 changes
As Checkpoint 19 grows in scale and complexity, stepping away without losing progress becomes critical. That’s why we’re currently developing a full Save & Load system to support longer, more strategic play sessions.
This system will allow you to:
Preserve your entire checkpoint layout, including roads, buildings, and traffic flow
Retain staff assignments, energy levels, and progression
Maintain ongoing operations, inspections, and evolving risk scenarios
Resume exactly where you left off, no resets, no lost decisions
The goal isn’t just convenience. It’s about giving you the freedom to manage your checkpoint as a persistent operation, where every decision carries forward and compounds over time.
As systems like staff fatigue, traffic prediction, and secondary inspections deepen, the ability to pause and return becomes essential to maintaining control under pressure.
This feature is currently in development and will be a key step toward supporting the long-term, high-stakes gameplay experience that defines Checkpoint 19.
