アノマロゲノス changes
☆The Active Skill Shop has been added!
・The Active Skill Shop has been added as one of the structures located at the 0M point.
・You can buy and sell active skills at the Active Skill Shop.
・Due to concerns that the value of rewards from treasure chests might decrease, we had previously announced that transactions would be conducted using a dedicated currency. However, to verify whether these concerns are valid, we have implemented the shop for now so that transactions can be made using regular currency.
☆Some quest rewards are now revealed!
・With this change, you can now accept two of the five quests listed in the shop while knowing their full contents.
・Previously, all quest completion rewards were listed only by rarity, with no specific details provided.
However, the original purpose of implementing quests was to provide players with opportunities to play not only for random rewards but also to aim for specific, clearly defined rewards.
As it stood, this only increased the number of random rewards without clearly indicating which rewards players should aim for, so we decided to make this change.
☆ Various Fixes
・We fixed an issue where the quest progress bar would sometimes overlap with the reward icon, making it unreadable.
・We fixed an issue where the “Complete Quest” button was extending beyond its border.
☆ Future Plans (Includes content from previous updates.)
・Scheduled for June 24: Various Fixes ①
・We will fix a bug where certain skills were removed from passive skill slots when loading save data.
・On the synthesis screen, we will hide the passive skill slots and add a tab that displays all skills currently assigned to passive skill slots.
・We will implement the ability to swap active skills between slots, as this was previously not possible.
・Scheduled for June 25: Various Fixes ②
・We still believe the enemies are too strong for a demo version. We will adjust the difficulty and scale so that the game can be cleared in about an hour at most.
・We will change the rate at which the Passive Skill Slot Unlock Gauge increases upon defeating enemies so that it rises faster for stronger enemies.
・Treasure chests and enemies currently have internal metrics for rarity and strength across several tiers; we believe these should be clearly displayed in the UI, so we will implement this change.
・Scheduled for June 26: Miscellaneous Fixes ③
・The player’s guided missiles are too weak, so we will strengthen them.
・Turrets and drones should be affected by the effects of other active skills, but this is not currently the case, so we will fix it. For example, when using a skill that fires in four directions, turrets will also fire in four directions.
・We will fix the shield’s passive skill so that it is not destroyed by enemy counter-projectiles.
・The effect of skills that reduce active skill cooldowns is weaker than intended, so we will fix this.
・Scheduled for June 27: Miscellaneous Fixes ④
・We will fix skills that fire from off-screen so that their projectiles are not blocked by terrain.
・Turrets and drones should have their own firing cursors. Currently, they fire toward the player’s firing cursor, which means their shots rarely hit enemies. We will fix this.
・Some values in active skill descriptions that should be expressed as percentages are currently displayed as decimal fractions. For example, values that should be listed as 10% are instead shown as 0.1%. We will correct this.
・Scheduled for June 28: Various Fixes ⑤
・We will enable players to check their skills during combat.
・Currently, items in the shop rotate every 15 minutes, but since there was no explanation or UI label for this, we will add one.
・It’s hard to tell when adjusting the volume if no sound plays, so we’ll ensure a sound plays.
・Additionally, some sound effects have been incorrectly categorized under the BGM category in the volume settings, so we’ll correct this.
・When opening the map, the player will be positioned at the center of the map.
・We’ll enable opening and closing the map with the M key.
・Scheduled for June 29: A feature to review the tutorial and the implementation of Elite enemy characters
We will implement the feature to review the tutorial, as previously announced.
We also plan to implement Elite enemies that will occasionally appear, offering powerful and valuable rewards.
Although originally scheduled for June 25, we are rescheduling this to June 29 due to the significant amount of fixes listed above.
