Module Codex Redesign

  • New tab structure: BY ELEMENT and EVOLUTION. Base modules are now sorted by element (Plasma →

Lightning → Ice → Photon → Void → Kinetic → Bio → Temporal), so related builds cluster together at a

glance.

  • Module icons now display their element symbol (🔥 ⚡ ❄ ✦ ◈ ◆ ☣ ⏳) — instantly recognizable, no more

decoding abstract vector art.

  • Bug fix: evolution modules were showing up in both the base-module tab and the evolution tab. They now

live in one place only.

Cleaner UI

  • Removed the redundant "Algorithm / Targeting" tag line from every module card — in the codex, the

in-game detail popup, and the level-up screen. Descriptions now breathe a little more.

  • Module colors across every UI surface (sidebar, level-up, codex, in-game detail popup) now pull from a

single element palette. Your Plasma modules look like Plasma modules — everywhere, consistently.

Removed

  • The Repair Nanobot module and its Lullaby of Nano achievement have been retired. Save progress is

preserved; the module simply no longer appears in the codex or as a level-up option.

Behind the Scenes

  • Significant internal cleanup — codex rendering is several hundred lines leaner, and tuning/data files

have been consolidated. No visible change today, but it means future content patches land faster.
