Source-wide review pass. 30 fixes across combat, modules, passives, and scenes.
Stability - Scene transitions no longer freeze if cleanup hits an error - Fixed rare crash on Black Hole, Loading, and Total Buff scenes - Boss HP bar and HUD overlay no longer error out on rapid scene swaps
Combat - Piercing projectiles now correctly hit all valid enemies in one pass - Catalyst module triggers on-kill effects from its own kills - Revenant revives are counted once instead of double-counting kills - Enemy queries no longer corrupt each other when called multiple times per frame
Modules - Gravity Well & Drone Swarm clean up their VFX properly on uninstall - Time Dilator restores enemy speeds correctly after expiring - Life Matrix recalculates DPS link lazily (fewer hitches) - Evolution tuning falls back safely for missing keys
Passive Tree - Refund cascade now propagates through branch requirements - Void Sovereignty correctly floors pierce / multi-shot stats - Stats sidebar reads from the live calculation (no more stale values)
Audio - Voice cap off-by-one fixed; stale voices pruned - Boss warning SFX no longer dropped on second trigger
Misc - Mouse stuck-click on window blur fixed - Seed determinism restored for Arch Sentinel X - Artifact trigger chains capped to prevent runaway loops
