International Organizations • Collective sanctions now have teeth — when your bloc adopts a sanctions resolution, real sanctions are imposed on the target, not just a reputation hit. • New resolution: Authorize Collective Military Action. A bloc mandate against a target sharply reduces the international backlash of declaring war — your casus belli, blessed by the chamber.
War & Military • War postures are now tied to the military industry you actually build. Investing in defense-industrial capacity unlocks and sustains the heavier postures (full invasion, attrition) — it used to be frozen at game start. • New POSTURE REQUIREMENTS panel in the War Room spells out exactly what each posture needs versus what you have, and where to build it.
