Wizard Warfare 2: Cephalopod Wars changes
This is a small patch release to improve the following areas:
Change List:
Bug Fix/Feature - Ported all 'Advanced' map generator features to use CPU-based calculations
Bug Fix - City naval production if enemy is in harbor causes invalid game state
Balance - Various tweaks to reduce ocean neutral strength - later minimum turn to spawn/wander, higher culling
