Wizard Warfare 2: Cephalopod Wars changes
This is a small patch release to improve the following areas:
Change List:
Bug Fix/Feature - Resource transfer validity calculation error preventing creation
Bug Fix - Incorrect tooltips/help for some derived stats
Bug Fix - City worked tile change was not being fired correctly by building change
Bug Fix - Ship repair structure, heal/replenish crew on harbor tiles
Bug Fix - Damage targeting was not using expected target health correctly
