Wizard Warfare 2: Cephalopod Wars changes
This is a release to improve the following areas:
Change List:
Balance/Feature - Neutral Cities split into individual city-state teams
Balance/Feature - Neutral Monsters split into magic path teams
Balance/Bug Fix - increased University research
Balance - new units/lairs - Undead Pirates
Balance - building research boost for exotic resources
Balance - Volcano/Crevasse mineable, Crevasse counts as 'hills' group for pre-reqs
Balance - 'Endurance' also increases health slightly
Bug Fix - militia casualty cap on building removal
Bug Fix - city raw materials storage overflowing maximum
UI - new 'Warning' (orange) notification level
UI - 'Observed Battle' notification
UI - 'Squad Buffed/Debuffed' notifications
UI - 'City Buffed/Debuffed/Damaged' notifications
UI - more detailed notification tooltips
UI - raw materials progress bar shown in city overlay
UI - 'Spawns on Death', 'Forced to Flee' unit effect information
UI - extensive new help (F1) details
