▣ Character Creation & Customization System Overhaul
Reflecting feedback from many players, we have introduced a character customization feature that allows you to freely customize your appearance and abilities according to your preference, in addition to the existing random generation method.
Select Starting Region & Nation: You can now directly choose your desired nation when starting the game.
Change Appearance & Age: You can freely edit your character's appearance. As changing age is now possible, the background timeline and the game's starting year have been naturally adjusted accordingly.
Select Traits: You can directly choose desired traits during the character creation stage to give them a unique personality.
Free Stat Distribution: A total of 25 attribute points are provided, and you can freely invest up to 10 points per attribute.
Talent Distribution System: The allocatable talent points vary depending on the chosen background, and each talent can be mastered up to level 3.
- Retain Existing Random GenerationThe existing random generation feature, where appearance, name, stats, and talents are all randomly determined, remains available.
Faction Rule Settings: Default faction names and faction rules suitable for each background have been added and can be freely edited in the character creation window.
- Starting Equipment & Items OptimizationStarting equipment has been adjusted to better fit the starting region, and certain additional items granted by your background choice will also vary based on the region.
▣ Difficulty & Mode Systems Added
We have added detailed difficulty levels and challenging modes so you can enjoy the game according to your playstyle and proficiency.
You can choose a difficulty level that affects the economy, combat, and diplomacy across the board to match your playstyle.
Ironman Mode: A hardcore challenge mode where manual saving is disabled. Autosaving occurs when combat ends or when exiting the game.
▣ Balance & Quality-of-Life Adjustments
Stamina Depletion Eased: To reduce combat fatigue, the stamina depletion rate based on equipped gear weight has been eased from 1.5 to 1 per 1 unit of weight.
- Armor Weight AdjustedThe weight of armor has been adjusted to 1.2 times its previous value.
- Mercenary Rotation ImprovedThe rotation cycle for mercenaries available for hire in taverns and other locations has been adjusted to refresh more frequently.
Inventory Functionality Restored: The ability to immediately dismiss troop members or change their names directly from the inventory window has been restored.
Stamina Visibility Improved: When entering key thresholds where stamina fatigue penalties occur (50% / 75% / 90%), the color of the stamina bar now changes dynamically, allowing you to intuitively monitor stamina consumption.
▣ Bug Fixes
Fixed an error where the proficiency gain rate for each skill was calculated differently than intended.
Corrected an issue where the Stamina Cost of certain skills was calculated differently than intended.
Changed the character creation window so that trait effects are no longer reflected in stats.
