Fixes and improvements
Residential interior overhaul (apartments/hotels).
Residential interiors are more likely to spawn on all floors except ground floor.
Residential interiors are now more likely to contain bedrooms (and kitchens).
Some furniture items like beds, couches, and armchairs are more likely to spawn by the wall rather than in the middle of their slot to improve layout realism. This is a work in progress and I am constantly looking for ways to make the interior layouts more realistic.
Fixed stutter when entering a vehicle or an elevator.
Fixed several furniture models that were missing LODs.
Elevators will now close their doors on delay rather than proximity.
Taxis will now leave after a delay as well as on proximity.
Some bar counters will now have beer taps.
Radio stations won't pick the same track twice in a row anymore.
Added a missing button press sound for the fireworks remote.
