Steam Deck Compatibility, Thanks to Proton

I recently tested Void Salvage on old Steam Deck, and I was honestly surprised by how smooth it felt. Even though the game was originally built around mouse controls, the Deck's trackpad handled it really well.

changedEven though the game was originally built around mouse controls, the Deck's trackpad handled it really well. It did not have that awkward feeling some mouse-heavy PC games get when played on Deck. Movement felt natural and responsive. Overall it was a much better experience than I expected.
changedI guess a big part of that is the magic of Proton. It is always kind of wild seeing a Windows game run this comfortably on handheld Linux hardware without needing a huge amount of extra work.

I am still learning how Steam Deck verification works on Valve's side, but from my own testing, the game already feels very playable on Deck. That is exciting, because I want Void Salvage to be easy to pick up whether you are at a desk or playing on the couch.

If you try it on Steam Deck, let me know how it feels for you. Feedback like that helps a lot as I keep polishing the experience.
