changedAnother batch of fixes is live, covering window behavior, quest progress, inventory filters, ranch upgrades, combat labels, and a few player-reported UI issues.
fixedWindow & UI FixesWindow size now saves between sessions - The game now remembers its window size, position, and maximized state. On your next launch, it should open where you left it instead of defaulting to 1920x1080. This was much harder to test than I thought it would be ;) Hopefully it works on all machines!
fixedWindow & UI FixesNo-weapon warning restored - Combat and Dungeons now show a warning when you have no weapon equipped. Unarmed attacks always deal exactly 1 damage per swing, regardless of your stats.
removedStructure & Ranch FixesUpgrade requirements are now always visible - The Chicken Coop, Animal Pen, and Horse Stable now show their upgrade requirements even when you cannot afford them yet. The Upgrade button stays visible but disabled until all requirements are met.
changedSave & Feedback FixesSave button now gives feedback - The top-header Save button now shows "Saving..." while your save is being written and "Saved!" once it completes.
fixedQuest & Objective FixesQuest skill progress now starts correctly - Quests that require a skill level now show your current level as soon as the quest is accepted instead of starting at 0.

Quest & Objective Fixes

  • Quest skill progress now starts correctly - Quests that require a skill level now show your current level as soon as the quest is accepted instead of starting at 0.

  • "Arm the Frontier" counter fixed - This quest no longer shows a confusing "2/2" counter next to the housing upgrade requirement. It now simply says to upgrade housing to Timber House.

Inventory & Filter Fixes

  • Nests now open instantly - Seedy Nests, Glimmering Nests, Large Seedy Nests, and Large Glimmering Nests now open directly from your inventory, just like treasure chests. Right-click to open one, or use the focus panel to open many at once.

  • Phial filter fixed - Phials of Precision now appear under the Misc filter instead of Consumable.

  • Arrow filter fixed - Ashen Husk Arrows, Copperleaf Arrows, and other arrows now correctly appear under the Ammo filter.

Combat & Class Label Fixes

  • Ammo stat labels now match your class - Ammo and Essence selection panels now show the correct class-specific stat name instead of a generic "+X DMG" label.

  • Ability tooltip stat labels fixed - Ability tooltips now show the correct class-specific stat name instead of always showing STR.
