Content Update

*NEW* Enchantment Altar

A new crafting station has been added, allowing players to enhance Hunter equipment with powerful magical attributes.

  • Player needs to combine Hunter Equipment, Gem or Frozen Vampire Tear and a Blood Vial (optional), to enchant.

  • The type of gem used defines the stat family from which the enchantment bonus is drawn: Vitality, Offensive, Defensive, Arcana, or Mobility. Higher gem tiers increase the bonus value applied and improve the chance of successfully landing lower-tier enchantments.

  • If no Blood Vial is used, the enchantment roll is locked to the stat family of the selected Gem or Frozen Vampire Tear.

  • Enchanting can end in one of three waysa success , an exceptional success (which lands the enchantment at a higher tier than the gem used), or a failure . On failure, materials are still consumed, but a new resource, Arcane Dust, is added to your inventory in an amount based on the gem's tier.
  • All existing enchantments can now have their tier raised.

  • Each enchantment increases the price of Hunter's Gear depending on its tier.

  • Vampire Servants cannot use the Enchantment Altar.

*NEW* Game Balance

The game has been rebalanced in terms of resources, economy, and character progression.

Gathering resources now takes longer, and building the Stronghold is now more demanding. World chests now contain random loot, including Hunter's Gear and Gems.

*NEW* Crafting Frozen Vampire Tears

A new node has been added at the end of each Arcana tree branch.

Completing the first Full Arcana tree unlocks the ability to convert Arcana Points into Frozen Vampire Tears (costs Existence). Each additional completed Full Arcana tree increases the chance of obtaining higher-tier Tears.

*NEW* Restock Chests

Inquisition camp chests now restock with loot every time their camp defenders respawn. Uncollected loot is added on top of whatever remains in the chest.

*NEW* Status Effects

New status effects have been added that affect both the player and enemies, as per the list below.

Duration and effect strength are identical for both by default (per-effect exceptions noted).

  • Curse (new — player & enemies) Attack Damage reduced by 50%. For the player, also blocks Existence Regeneration from Blood.

  • Stun (new — player & enemies) Cannot perform any actions for 1 second.

  • Fear (new — enemies only) Cannot attack. Runs away from the player for 3 seconds.

  • Silver (new — player only) No debuff is applied on hit. Instead, the player loses Blood equal to the Existence lost. Also causes faster Blood drain and Existence damage.

  • Lightbound (new — player only) Cannot use Arcana skills or dash for 10 seconds.

  • Burning (player & enemies) Damage over time + increased movement speed for 5 seconds.

  • Poisoned (player & enemies) Damage over time + reduced movement speed for 10 seconds.

*NEW* Other additions

  • Potion of the Arcane Crafter While this potion’s buff is active, it increases the chance of obtaining a higher tier when crafting, enchanting, or creating a Frozen Vampire Tear from yourself.

  • New wall ornament buildable variants Including straight, rounded, and door-frame compatible pieces.

  • Fixed various chest collision and placement issues across multiple locations.

  • Fixed an issue where vampire servants recruited in Grove of Sorrows and Frey Marshes displayed corrupted outfit textures after equipping new attire.

  • Fixed an issue in the "Get out of Chasm" tutorial area where players could become stuck after falling from the jump platform.

  • Fixed missing collision near Razvan's hideout that allowed players to get inside the environment geometry.

  • Fixed an issue where Alina Mainescu could use incorrect voice lines during the "Kill Inquisitor Iuliu" quest.

  • Fixed an issue where the burning effect from Hell's Chasm Wolves could persist after respawning.

World & Environment

  • Fixed an issue where enemies could attack and fight the player underwater near the Castle Hill waterfall.

  • Improved collision on Florica's carriage and cart to prevent players from clipping through the objects.

  • Removed excessive invisible collisions underneath the Castle Hill bridge.

  • Fixed navmesh issues near the stocks platform in Medresti where villagers could spawn and become stuck.

  • Fixed navmesh on mausoleum roofs to prevent animals from walking or spawning there.

  • Fixed an issue where collectible resources disappeared when players approached them.

  • Fixed an issue where NPCs could spawn underneath the terrain in Medresti.

  • Fixed an issue where certain resources and environmental objects became invisible after the Beast Vision effect ended.

Others

  • Fixed an issue where entering the river in the starting area caused the game's brightness to increase unexpectedly.

  • Updated crypt interiors with new wall and floor ornament decorations using the latest buildable assets.

  • Fixed available resource counts in crafting and management windows to correctly reflect the relevant resource source.

  • Adjusted the Hunter Outfit cutscene to prevent Dragos from being obscured by environmental objects.

Multiplayer

  • Fixed an issue where the female character's voice-over volume was not properly affected by Audio Settings.

  • Fixed an issue where "The Tavern Sign" and "Let the Music Flow" side quests did not trigger correctly after reaching the required relationship thresholds.

Known Issues

  • Using a finisher on a Spearman may cause a crash in specific locations or camps.

  • Severe FPS drops and occasional freezes can occur while crafting items or interacting with chests.

  • After loading a save, Artisan Skill construction cost reduction bonuses may stop applying correctly.
