Balance & Updates:

🎈 The map has been further reduced by 40% compared to the previous version. 🗺️

👥 All friendly characters now have outlines, making it easier to see yourself and your teammates.

> [Dev’s note: From the streams we saw that battles often got very chaotic and players sometimes couldn’t see themselves. This change should help with that.]

🩸 Lifesteal is now a flat value instead of a percentage.

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Player damage is just too high— even 1% lifesteal could instantly refill HP, so now lifesteal uses a fixed value instead!]

💥 All weapons and all magic can now crit and lifesteal!

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Previously only weapons could crit and lifesteal to make them feel more important, but that didn’t really work, so now magic can crit too!]

🗡️ All weapons and partners now have unique passive skills. For example, the Ice Axe can increase your shield cap every time you level up, while partner Kobayashi Kori powers up based on your shield strength or awakens innate abilities.

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Hopefully this will create more builds and more fun playstyles!]

💀 Final bosses in all stages are now higher level and deal more damage. 💀

> 💭 [Dev’s note: If players max their HP and healing magic correctly, they basically become immortal even while getting hit nonstop, so bosses have been made far more lethal!]

💖 Vtuber partner mechanics reworked! All partners can now use not only isekai magic but also their own innate abilities, just like bosses, and these can become even stronger after upgrading! 💖

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Previously partners just stayed near the player and auto-cast the player’s magic, making them feel like generic turrets and not special enough. With innate abilities, partners now feel stronger and more impactful!]

⚔️ Partner and weapon rework ⚔️

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Since partners can now use innate abilities instead of simply raising stats like damage or HP, once certain conditions are met you can unlock their innate abilities or upgrade them to become much stronger. Weapon upgrades are also more powerful and no longer just flat stat boosts.]

📈 Level-up system partially reworked: when players level up, they can now only learn and upgrade isekai magic and can no longer upgrade attributes directly. Instead, a new building type called “Goddess Statues” will spawn randomly and in large numbers on the map at the start of a run. Players can find them easily by exploring, and must capture the area within a short time to upgrade their attributes. ⬆️

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Previously the gameplay was just “keep learning magic and raw stats go up,” which was a bit dull. Now, combined with weapon passives and attribute upgrades from Goddess Statues, you can push certain stats to extreme levels and create distinct builds together with weapons and partners.]

🏃 All Vtuber partners’ movement speed has been greatly increased. 🏃

> 💭 [Dev’s note: Players frequently have to run all over the map, and partners just couldn’t keep up. Now they definitely can!]

❤️ All partners’ HP has been reduced from 100,000 to 30,000. 🩸

> 💭 [Dev’s note: With 100k HP, partners almost never died, so there was no need to use healing magic or upgrade revive time.]

🧹 Removed the stat tiers (low / mid / high rank) for magic.

> 💭 [Dev’s note: The new systems already add complexity, and we want to avoid overcomplication, so we removed tier ranks.]

🎰 Vtuber partners are no longer unlocked by defeating specific bosses, and can now be obtained directly via gacha. However, gacha only unlocks their first two innate abilities; higher-tier innate abilities still require defeating bosses of certain levels.

> 💭 [Dev’s note: We noticed everyone was eager to use their favorite partner, but couldn’t unlock them before clearing stages, which felt frustrating. Now you can draw them right away, and defeating bosses unlocks stronger innate abilities.]

New Content:

👑 New Boss: “Kobayashi Kori & Reina”

⏰ At the halfway point of each stage, 1 mini-boss will spawn (for now there is only 1 type; more will come in future updates!)

🎁 Brand-new item system 🎁

🗿 Goddess Statues (categorized as simple trials)

⏱️ Stage duration shortened from 20 minutes to 12 minutes (but you can keep playing after the challenge is completed).

🎯 Added weapon cooldown arrows so players can see weapon cooldowns.

🌪️ Monster Raid Mode changed from fixed patterns to completely random!

🧊 New weapon: Frost Gale Staff 🧊

🌫️ Brand-new map effect mechanics 🗺️
