Tower Factory changes
Hi everyone!
Tower Factory v0.4.1 is now live!
The highlight of this update is a brand-new feature: Fast Forward. You can now speed up the game during a run, perfect for those moments when you’re waiting to gather more resources or just want the action to move along a bit faster.
This is something many of you have been asking for, and after giving it a lot of thought, I believe it truly benefits the game.
Alongside this new feature, overall performance has been significantly improved, on both GPU and especially CPU.
A few days ago I published an updated roadmap leading up to version 1.0. In the next update (v0.4.2), I’ll be adding an in-run save system (Save & Exit) as well as global save slots that you can switch from the main menu. That way, you can start a brand-new run from scratch without needing to delete your current progress.
In the meantime, I’ll be reading your feedback and suggestions both in the Tower Factory community forums here on Steam and in the official Discord server (you’re all invited to join!)
That’s all for now. I hope you really enjoy the new update,
Gius Caminiti
