The Great Beyond changes
I've been very busy to get this demo ready for content creators before the big demo release on May 21st! Enjoy some more fixes!
You'll need to delete your profile and save file, and then start over! Don't expect saves to be compatible until after the public demo comes out.
Demo Locked
Firstly, I have locked some features out of the demo to avoid issues. Some of these things didn't do anything anyway!

Big Changes!
You can now prioritise which terrain blocks your construction workers will dig out next! Shift click on a block and a "P" will show on it. Note: workers do not cancel their current tasks, and will still prioritise urgent needs first.
The tutorial and desert levels have received many changes to their parameters, and I think the desert level is ready to be played now! I've also updated a number of tutorial objective texts to make them a bit clearer.
Expeditions have also been fully implemented in the desert level, so please do give your feedback on that!
Small Changes
The game now automatically slows down when enemies appear.
I have tweaked the post-processing to make the contrast more noticeable, and make the colours pop a little more!
Ammo production is limited to approximately 100, and the production speed has been reduced.
Reduced speed of water conversion. You might need an additional water processor on larger maps!
Stressed workers now show a sad icon above their heads! Stressed workers will rest more in their rooms.
Add a "Saved Progress" notification on screen.
Added attack direction information to the attack warning.
Bugs
Major Bug
I have been tracking a very difficult loading issue, where some rooms appear blank and cause the workers to not move. I have added some mitigation code to potentially fix this, but the issue is so rare it is hard to prove if it has been resolved completely. It only happens when loading a save file.
Standard Bugs
Fix attack warning duration.
Fix research notification sometimes showing a red dot when nothing is unlockable.
Fix scanner lights not clearing when changing levels.
Fix some issues with mouse hovering hit boxes.
Don't allow towers to be placed right where the base is.
Agent stress behaviour is more consistent.
Fix some workers starting in a "T-Pose" when they first appear.
Fix the window still going into full-screen when trying to go into windowed mode.
