皇帝与社稷 The Emperor and State changes
The Emperor and State has now been updated to version 0.47. If you encounter any bugs or issues in the game, please use the in-game feedback feature or discuss them on our Discord.
New Content
Added the feature to upgrade roads. Counties upgraded to official roads will have -1 mobility consumption.
Improving
Slightly reduced the probability of officials proposing target tasks during morning court sessions.
Added functionality to display road levels in each province on the macro map view.
Slightly increased the effect of the national building "Ding" in boosting governance (effective upon reconstruction).
Adjusted cultural zone boundaries, expanding the territory of the Maritime Cultural Zone.
When relocating the capital, 10% of the capital's grain reserves will be transferred to the new capital without any loss, while the remaining 90% will be sent to the nearest granary with the lowest loss.
Increased the cost of relocating the capital; the cost now also depends on the distance to the new capital.
Various other minor optimizations and adjustments.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where expired targets could still be completed after failing.
Fixed an issue where province names might display incorrectly on the macro map under certain conditions.
Fixed a bug where the grain reserve popup in the map scene could display incorrectly in some cases.
Fixed a bug where downgrading buildings via delegation would incur additional unintended costs.
Fixed various other minor bugs.
