addedWhile I don’t think these changes are significant enough to make the game immediately unbeatable, I get the impression that the new version is generally easier to play.
changedThe intent behind the score balance adjustments is to “ensure that no single stage stands out too much in relation to the game as a whole.”

While I don’t think these changes are significant enough to make the game immediately unbeatable, I get the impression that the new version is generally easier to play.

(We’ve received quite a few comments from players in the community saying, “This version is more fun and easier to play.”)

Since rewards remain unchanged unless you update your score, you can also choose to play without stepping on score tiles to keep the high rewards as they are.

(During solo play, some staff members have been found to be cheating by using high-reward data from test runs, which is how we perceive this game.)

◆ Fixed an issue where Omega Matock’s “Pave 2 Squares” effect was not implemented.

◆ Significantly adjusted the game balance for Chapter 9-1.

(Even in the version after the score balance adjustments, we’ve received reports of scores exceeding +1,100 within a few hours; furthermore, it seems possible to achieve around +160 even in “True Pure” runs where no supplies are brought in.)

★The effect of the equipment’s passive stat boost has been increased from 100% to 250%, and the base cap has been set to 32 × LV.

★Two additional Energy Keys are now granted at the start of the game, allowing players to unconditionally obtain a Mega Skill upon clearing Stage 1 and an Energy Reload upon clearing Stage 2.

★ Enemies in the later tiers have been significantly strengthened.

★ The overscore has increased significantly.

◆ It feels like about two weeks have passed to us, and we feel like this stage is stable enough that it doesn’t need any further adjustments, but since only 36 hours have actually passed, we don’t know if something might still happen.

(When it comes to this stage, both the development team and players in the community have always had reactions along the lines of, “It’s fun, but…,” “The idea is really good, but…,” “It’s fresh, but…,” or “But if we were to tweak this in any way….”

After the recent adjustments, this stage has turned into a game of Jenga that falls apart the moment you do something even slightly out of the ordinary, so to be honest, we’re at a point where we don’t want to touch this stage anymore—except when it comes to scoring.)

◆ Please let the Legacy and Magic effects take effect on July 31. Sorry about that.

(Because the programmer wants to take a break.)
