Survival Log changes
We’re excited to announce that Survival Log is participating in Steam Next Fest from February 23 to March 2!
If this is your first time hearing about the game, welcome! We invite you to download the demo and experience the post-apocalyptic survival story we’re building.
About the Demo
This demo features a portion of the survival experience centered around one playable protagonist, with an estimated playtime of 1–2 hours.
The full release is planned to include four playable characters. We’ll also continue running future tests to expand content and further improve the overall experience — so stay tuned!
Recent Improvements Based on Player Feedback
Since releasing the demo, we’ve received a great deal of feedback. It truly means a lot to us — thank you for your support, encouragement, and honest suggestions.
In response, we’ve made multiple rounds of adjustments and optimizations, including:
More Satisfying Hoarding Experience Expanded backpack capacity, increased carry weight, and added more home storage options to make early preparation more flexible.
More Balanced Energy System Reduced natural energy drain and removed overly punishing mechanics, keeping survival challenging without feeling exhausting.
Economy & Balance Adjustments Optimized store prices and food effectiveness to create a more reasonable resource management experience.
Stability Improvements Fixed freezes, audio issues, and scene transition bugs to improve overall smoothness and reliability.
If you enjoy Survival Log, please consider adding it to your Wishlist. Every single Wishlist truly makes a difference for us.
View on Steam Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share feedback. During Next Fest, we’ll continue listening closely and pushing updates whenever possible.
We’re grateful to have you with us on this journey.
