Sovereign's End changes
Big patch based on early demo feedback. Thanks to everyone who's been playing and filling out the survey - your reports directly shaped this update.
⚡ HOMING SHARDS REWORK
Shards now maintain a continuously spawn based off of what your max is. Capacity stat now directly increases your max active shards (up to 20), with shards replenishing faster as your cap grows.
Shardnado: Doubles your max and raises the cap to 2x your current cap (max of 40)
Fixed: Shards no longer orbit indefinitely, retarget properly after piercing, and benefit correctly from lifesteal, crits, and global modifiers
🛰️ ORBITAL SENTINELS
Fixed inconsistent lunge hits when enemies darted laterally
Final overlap check ensures hits land at the end of each lunge
Sentinel cap raised from 12 to 20
Staggered aggro timing keeps performance smooth at higher counts
🛡️ REACTIVE PLATING
Fixed Cooldown Reduction making charge regen SLOWER instead of faster. CDR now properly speeds up plating recharges.
❤️ LIFESTEAL CONSISTENCY
Minimum time between procs reduced from 5 seconds to 2 seconds. Heals land much more reliably during sustained combat.
📜 NARRATIVE INTRO
Tightened pacing on the opening narrative for faster entry into gameplay
