Ranked Mode and Balance
Mission timer now only starts when the wave starts.
Starting Energy (E) increased for Ranked Mode:
Easy: 300 > 500
Normal: 200 > 250
Hard: 100 > 200
Expert: 50 > 150
Enemy energy drop increased: 4 * ( 1 + (0.01 * MAXLIFE) ) > 5 * ( 1 + (0.02 * MAXLIFE) ).
Adjustments to enemy spawn rates and HP scaling.

Headshot now work with Armor Penetration (A.P).

Fixes and Technical
✖ Fixed Ranked Select Stage Menu fetching leaderboard times for the wrong difficulty.
✖ Updated mouse code for leaderboard navigation arrows.
✖ Fixed score uploading issues to leaderboards in the DEMO version.
