Added In-Game Send Feedback / Bug Report option (F1) - keyboard only.
Added Cloud Sync per device option for the following settings:
Substatus Style, Resolution, Window Mode, and Aspect Ratio.
Graphics, VSync, Frame Skip, and Show FPS.
Master, Music, and Effect Volumes (including Mute when Out of Focus).
All KeyBinds, Jump With |W|, Aim With Mouse, and Lock Mouse to Windows.
Enabled Controller, Default Controller Layout, and Controller Deadzone.
Balance and Mechanics
Enemy energy drop decreased: 5 * ( 1 + ( 0.02 * ExtraValue ) ) > 4 * ( 1 + ( 0.02 * ExtraValue ) ).
Upgrade price multiplier decreased per difficulty: 0.5 > 0.384...
Enemy damage now scales with difficulty.
Removed skill price increases per difficulty.
Updated enemy spawn method.
Luan (Gunner)
Unique Upgrade Attack Speed Per Lv: 3% > 5%.
SMGs:
Kriss .12: Damage 03 > 03.5
P3x .30: Damage 03.5 > 04
Mp .9: Damage 04 > 04.5
Izu .32: Damage 02.5 > 03
Scarlet (Fighter)
Burst: Now restores 10% of max health on activation.
Fixes and Technical
✖ Fixed black transitions appearing on incorrect resolutions (optimized for all screen sizes).
✖ Fixed VSync option not saving properly.
