CHANGELOG
Gameplay
Certain NPC fights are now limited to avoid some prisoner NPCs continuing to fight until their target becomes unconscious - Workers now always run to complete their refill storage NPC jobs - Workers now do not clean up the cantine when an eat phase is interrupted by a lockdown
Multiplayer
Improved lobby connection stability by handling Steam connection timing and duplicated request issues - User interface adjustments to prevent the player from accidentally opening several lobbies at once - Detection areas of electrical devices (e.g., CCTV cameras) are now evaluated only on the owner client of the object being evaluated, which prevents multiple detections from being triggered at once - Fixed an issue that caused a lobby not to be joinable if either the host or the client had already been in a game during the current session
Misc
Auto-save now waits until no player is being escorted and the scene can be safely loaded - Saving is also disabled when a player is being carried by a doctor - Slightly improved the player unstuck functionality (to cover more edge cases, such as being stuck when placed in a bed) - Reduced default prisoner fill rate from 0.5 to 0.25 - Improved performance of certain NPC job assignment systems (e.g., distributing refill jobs to worker NPCs), reducing potential spikes for certain in-game events - Reduced garbage generated by detection areas (reduces spikes caused by garbage collection)
Bugfixes
Fixed an issue that caused the player to be unable to move after loading a game where they saved during sleep - Fixed an issue that caused the player to be stuck in objects after loading a game where they saved during sitting - Fixed an issue that caused the prison to be permanently on lockdown when the player who caused the lockdown disconnected - Fixed an issue that caused the workboard to not be highlighted sometimes on the client - Fixed a bug that prevented the "Wanted" display from appearing when loading a save file where the player is wanted - Fixed an issue that caused the doctor to start carrying an unconscious prisoner while they were already being escorted by a guard - Fixed an issue that caused no doctor to pick up a player after loading a save where they were unconscious on the ground - Fixed an issue that caused storage refill jobs not to be properly distributed across all workers
Thanks for playing and for your feedback! More updates are coming.
